just need to remember.If im sad, I will think thoughts that make me happy.
If I feel mad, the anger will pass like it has before.
If im confused, I will think harder.
If im lonely, I will remember that I have more than I think.
If im afraid, I will conquer my fears.
If im tired, the accomplishments I have left to do will be my fuel.
If I feel nervous, I will remember that im thinking too much.
If im down or almost down, I will fight harder!
and when I die, I will finally rest.
